The Annual Park Auction

The annual Valle Crucis Park Auction is held on a Saturday in August in the cafeteria at Valle Crucis Elementary School. Viewing starts at 8am, with the live auction beginning at 9am. Fresh-roasted coffee, breakfast items, and simple lunch fare will keep you going throughout the morning and early afternoon activities. The auction is a major fund-raising event for the Valle Crucis Park. There is a silent auction component; Gift Certificates from renowned High Country restaurants are popular items. Everything from garage-sale finds to locally grown produce and flowers to valuable Gift Baskets from area businesses are available at the spirited live auction. The variety of items available at the auction is matched only by the mix of locals, seasonal residents, and visitors in the lively crowd. You'll be glad you decided to join the fun and support the park in the process.

Music In The Valle

The "Music in the Valle" Concert Series starts in June and continues each Friday evening through September at The Valle Crucis Community Park. Admission is free; bring a chair or a blanket and family & friends. All concerts start at 7:00PM, except for the month of September where they start at 6:00PM

The Friends Of The Park Celebration

The annual celebration is a covered dish event featuring lots of good food, beer and wine, where we invite the "Friends Of The Park" to express our gratitude for their support. If you are not registered as a Friend, become a "Friend Of The Park" by donating $200 or more using the donate button here and join us. It's a hoot and worth every penny.

Valle Crucis Fireside Tour

Held every year in December with all proceeds benefiting Valle Crucis Community Park! The historic community of Valle Crucis invites you to warm up with a cozy fireside tour. Meander along country lanes to gift shops, galleries, bed and breakfast inns, restaurants, cabins, and churches where hosts will provide you with refreshments and hospitality throughout the afternoon.
